Milwaukee City Hall Restoration
Constructed in 1895, Milwaukee's City Hall, a downtown landmark that is 109
years old, is showing its age. To preserve its historical architecture and preserve it for
future generations, the city is beginning a restoration of this grand building beginning in
August 2005, with masonry, roofing and the reproduction of missing original decorative
copper elements all in 24-oz copper, solid riveted, and fully soldered
